At Universal Laundry, we’re redefining the way Memphis does laundry. We started Universal Laundry with a clear mission—to bring Memphis a better laundromat. After noticing a lack of clean and updated laundry facilities in the area, we set out to build a space that customers could actually look forward to visiting. Clean floors, modern machines, spacious folding areas, spotless restrooms, and 24-hour video surveillance—all of these features were chosen to offer our community peace of mind and convenience. Every detail of our facility was designed with customer comfort and efficiency in mind.

Plentiful parking. Very clean epoxy floors and spacious. Enough number of steel carts to put laundry in; and they have Apple tags on them to avoid losses. 😀 Downloaded the app and added funds from credit card. Once in app, you can select the washer or dryer and pay on the app itself when ready to go. Folding tables and seating chairs. Couple of notices on the wall about free WiFi for customers, but couldn't find their username when searching for wifi spots.
